Hi there.
I am so glad you are here and looking for help to create a life and relationships that you love.
I love people. I love relationships. I love talking to people about relationships. All of these things led me to want to become a Relationship Coach. Three years ago, after a very hard period in my life, I started working with a Relationship Coach who knew The Adult Chair® model and walked me through the next six months of realizing I was codependent, finding out what that word meant and how enmeshed I was with those around me. I loved my life and family, but I had lost loving myself. I started the process of reconnecting with my inner child and really discovering who I was and how I needed to show up in the world to live my best self from The Adult Chair®. I was so impacted by Michelle’s work and her model that with the encouragement of my own coach, I signed up for the Adult Chair® Certification program, and now I am living my dream of working with and guiding others to find their true selves and live their best lives
After becoming a coach and working with clients, I learned about the Enneagram. I was fascinated by this old, but still relevant personality typing tool and found it to be full of so much truth and awareness of behaviors and motivation. I became a certified Enneagram Coach through the Your Enneagram Coach program. Now I offer both individual and couples typing sessions where we discover each persons number, the desires and fears that act and react from, and how to add enneagram language and terminology into our communications. The Enneagram is a great way to gain greater understanding but also compassion for ourselves and those around us. Sound good? Then let's get started.
